Volunteer Agreement
We cannot have swim meets with out the support of our parents - both in their cheering and active volunteering. Each family is required to volunteer during 3 swim meets AND either Time Trials or Team Party.
The $400 volunteer assessment will NOT be charged at the time of registration. This fee will be charged after the first missed volunteer duty - unless you contact the board 24 hours prior to the meet. If at the end of the swim season a family has made up the missed job and completed their requirements, the fee will be refunded. We would much prefer your TIME than your money!
